Welcome to SolarSys Global (the "Service"), a proprietary solar estimation engine developed and operated by Codingtron ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using our website, calculators, and API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the estimation algorithms, JavaScript logic, and design elements) are and will remain the exclusive property of Codingtron.

Our intellectual property is protected by copyright laws of Pakistan and international treaties. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute our source code without prior written consent from Codingtron.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use SolarSys Global for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose (e.g., selling our estimates);
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the SolarSys Global website;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Codingtron, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
